1. The amount paid has been collected as consideration for commencing the services and preparations for the event (robes and shields).
2.In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen circumstance (not attributable to Motion Media for Artistic Production, Advertising, Publishing, and Distribution) that leads to the non-completion of the services mentioned in Clause 1 of these terms, the company reserves the right to deduct the amount paid as service costs without any objection from the student’s guardian.
3.The amount paid does not include currency exchange differences and bank charges for withdrawals (K-Net – Visa – Apple Pay).
4.Payment of this amount shall be deemed as implicit acceptance of these terms and conditions.
